The upcoming premium human hair collection redefines good hair through natural quality, craftsmanship, and lasting performance.

New York, NY (PRUnderground) September 17th, 2026

Luvme Hair is previewing Originalive™, a new premium human hair collection planned for launch in October 2026. Developed around the brand’s evolving Good Hair Standard, the collection is designed to move the conversation about wig quality beyond first-touch softness and toward a more complete understanding of how good hair should look, feel, style, and perform over time.

The new collection reflects Luvme Hair’s move from simply offering high-quality hair to establishing a clearer Good Hair Standard that consumers can see, feel, and understand. Rather than defining quality through a single feature, Originalive™ focuses on the complete experience of the hair throughout real wear.

The idea builds on Luvme’s broader exploration of where good hair begins, starting with the condition of the hair itself and continuing through processing, construction, coloring, styling, and everyday wear.

Five Priorities Behind Originalive™

Originalive™ is structured around five key areas: Long-Lasting Hair Quality, Invisible Natural Look, Raw Hair Integrity, Premium Color Craft, and Style That Lasts. Rather than treating any single feature as the definition of premium hair, the collection brings these areas together as one more complete standard.

At the foundation is carefully selected human hair and lower-stress processing intended to preserve more of the hair’s natural structure. The development approach emphasizes cuticle alignment, controlled processing temperatures, and reduced unnecessary chemical exposure to support natural softness, elasticity, smoothness, and manageability.

This approach also supports the way the hair performs after washing and regular use. Luvme’s development framework includes repeated-wash evaluation, tracking qualities such as shine, smoothness, and combability across multiple cycles. The goal is to look beyond how hair feels on day one and consider how well those qualities continue through ongoing care.

That same perspective is explored in Luvme’s guide to what makes a good human hair wig and its discussion of good human hair wig quality over time.

Natural Detail From Hairline to Color

Originalive™ also extends its Good Hair Standard beyond the hair fiber itself.

For the hairline, the collection incorporates controlled knot bleaching, carefully hand-ventilated density transitions, and Real HD Lace. These elements are designed to work together to create a smoother transition between lace, scalp, and hair, helping the finished wig appear more natural around the forehead and parting area.

Color craftsmanship is another focus. Originalive™ is planned to include both natural shades and more dimensional lighter, highlighted, and gradient looks. Controlled, gradual coloring methods are used to balance color development with the condition of the hair, rather than treating color and hair quality as separate priorities.

Styling performance completes the picture. By emphasizing elasticity and shape recovery, the collection is designed to help waves, curls, and layered styles maintain their form longer while reducing the need for constant restyling and repeated heat exposure.

More Than a First Impression

With Originalive™, Luvme Hair is introducing a collection built around a broader question: not simply whether hair looks beautiful when it is new, but whether it can continue to feel natural, remain manageable, respond to styling, and support different looks as it becomes part of everyday life.

As the planned launch approaches, Originalive™ represents the next step in Luvme Hair’s effort to make “good hair” easier to recognize and understand–moving from individual product features toward a more complete standard of quality.
